Last weekend we had an impromptu mini experimentation retreat weekend. Some friends of ours that we met at a Monroe Residential event came to stay with us for the weekend which triggered a few other regular experimenters to come over and one thing lead to another and we were talking about things that improve our experiences. It was suggested that the Wim Hoff technique practiced during the meditation makes the experience heightened and boy are they right. It's important the process is followed correctly so we watched a couple of instructional videos before hand an practiced for a little while as the people experienced guided us in the do's and don'ts.
The other part to this is the type of Shamanic meditation we listened to. The Monroe Institute have a series of called " The Shaman's Heart Program" and we did the first 2 meditations back to back. Here is the experiences 2 of the participants had.
"I started the meditation and the breathing technique and a few minutes into the second meditation it felt like my body became the music. As the music flowed so did my body as a 3D interpretation of the music, difficult to explain beyond that. I also noticed that I could no longer hear the guidance as "I" was the music. Moments before the end of the meditation, probably as the frequencies changed in the meditation I was suddenly standing at the edge of a high cliff with a huge canyon laid out before my eyes. I could smell pine and turned around and there was a dense pine forest immediately behind me, footnote, several other people that did the meditation also saw a canyon!
Second person's experience.
Immediately before the meditation, I stayed in the Psychomanteum, as everyone else went down stairs to go to separate rooms to start the meditation. As I lay there getting ready to put my headphones on the Theremin went off. So I laid down put my headphones on and started the meditation, then the Theremin went off again. About 20 minutes into the meditation I decided I had done enough and turned off the projector for the TV. I thought I'd turned it off, but I hear in my headphones "Hi guys" and realize the headphones had connected to the TV and then the TV turned off. My Headphones have never been paired to the TV and the video that was Not playing, but we had watched earlier, was a Wim Hoff instructional video, where the video starts " Hi guys" so this is a classic example of where our loved ones use technology to communicate with whatever means are available to them in the physical reality. Nice work Zach.
