Day 623: December 30th, 2020
Today a neighbour came over to tell us they saw Martin wash the car and put the car cover on it as he always does after we have driven it; we don't need Zach setting the car alarm off again because we haven't washed it! They said as soon as Martin went inside a robin came over and walked all over the car cover from the front to the back, then dropped to the ground and hopped around the whole car stopping at each wheel for a moment, once the robin had gone all over and around the car it disappeared underneath it. They waited a while to see if it would emerge again but it didn't. They said they just wanted to tell us Zach had been over to make sure Martin had done a good job of cleaning his car.
