The car

Day 509: 7th Sept, 2020

Ella rang to ask if we would like to drive to the crash site today, so we did. We both drove and as we approached the site, we were stopped on the road due to roadwork, so I decided to jump out of our car into hers. As I got in, she said she was just messaging me because she smelled a smell that was like stinky feet and this was the second time this has happened to her today. I got in the car and I could smell it but as I have just been outside, I knew it was not from the outside air. If you have read our previous blogs, you will know that Martin also has had an experience of stinky feet smell with Zach in the van. It was very similar, he was driving to work, talking to Zach and all of a sudden he was overwhelmed with smelly feet. He gave it a minute and it didn’t go away so he rolled his window down and it was not outside. It was the same thing for Ella. This is definitely something Zach does, he thinks it’s hilarious! As we walked up to the site, there was a single dragon fly flying right above us and stayed until we got ready to leave. I have never seen a dragon fly at the scene and very few around but I do know that Zach sends them. Ella also told us of her car trouble she had earlier today. She went to start her car and as she did the light came on that said low fuel. So she asked her friend to take her to get more diesel and she came back and put it in and still would not start. So she called a friend of hers and he looked up online how to start her car once it ran out of diesel. It was a no go, he said she would have to take it to the garage, she tried and tried to start it but it would not start, so she said "Okay one last time, come on Zach help me out” and sure enough, it started! There should have been no way it would start. I don’t know much about cars but Martin explained it to me and said it should have needed to go to the dealer and they would have primed it and done some other stuff to get it to start!
