Day 18: 5th May, 2019
We were sitting around the table this morning and Martin and mom couldn’t unlock their phones with their fingerprints as they normally would. Martin decided he would open his laptop since he couldn’t get into his phone, so he tried to unlock it by his fingerprint but it wouldn’t unlock either. None of the devices would work, but I was able to unlock mine. It took until later on this evening for the two phones to unlock, but Martin’s laptop is now locked and he has to wait until tomorrow to talk to his IT department at work to get it unlocked! I also want to say that none of us have ever had any issues with our phones or laptops locking and not working. It is definitely another sign from Zach. Simon called us today. He came over last year from the Isle of Man to help out with all of Zach’s races, as he is a huge part of Zach’s life. He is now back at home and at work. He works for a printing company and was printing large sheets of stickers, the sheets are about 2m long. All of the sheets up until the 12th one, cut perfect but once he got to 13 it wouldn’t print. He went on to 14 and it printed perfectly but 13 never printed or cut so he had to remove it. Now, all of Zach’s life, his racing number has always been 11, until last year when Simon came over and his number was 13 because 11 was already taken and we all knew again, it was Zach letting us know. I have a blue phone cord charger of Zach’s that lights up when it is charging but once it is fully charged the light on the cord goes out. I have been using it to charge our phones and his. The charger is next to the bed and even though the phones are completely charged, the light has been coming on whenever we talk to Zach. It’s absolutely crazy, as we were asking him questions, the light came on, it’s like he replies by lighting up the cord. We have now found a new way that Zach is communicating with us and it’s amazing.
