Day 11: 28th April, 2019
Today we couldn’t decide what to do for lunch so we went to one of Zach’s favourite places. While we were eating, there was a live musician singing and the first song she sang was a Fleetwood Mac song. I had bought tickets for Martin and I to see them in June and had been thinking we couldn’t possibly attend, especially as I didn’t buy Zach a ticket. The reason I didn’t was because he didn’t really know any of their songs so I didn’t think he would have wanted to go. After he passed, I have felt so guilty for not including him, but, he had told us through the song that it was okay. As I was sitting there, listening to the musician singing Fleetwood Mac, I was thinking about this guy who is a friend of ours and who Zach also knows and how I hadn’t seen him in town for a long time. When we got up to leave, we walked past a table and there he was sitting there! Before all of this, I would have marked this down to coincidence but now I am learning that it is synchronicities and Zach.
